Here is my recipe for spiced ramen noodle soup!
Spiced Ramen Noodles
This delicious ramen with miso ginger soup is an absolute winner. It is a fantastic and healthy addition to your "pantry on the table" in 5 minutes. Music to my clients' and students' ears.

Ingredients
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1 pack Ramen noodles
- 1 sachet miso ginger soup
Instructions
- Add the noodles to the pot of boiling water and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the contents of one soup sachet and turn off the heat.
- Mix well and serve with your favorite toppings.
- In this picture I topped the bowl with alfalfa sprouts, grated daikon and thinly diced spring onions.
