- 4 oz Vanilla Flax Milk
- 2.4 oz Fresh Strawberries
- 2 oz Frozen Mango
- 34 g Orgain Creamy Chocolate Fudge Protein Powder
- .1 oz Chia Seeds
- .8 oz Cashews
- A handful of spinach
- A Handful of Ice
