A simple and healthier version of potato chips that will make you feel better about satisfying your salt craving!
Ingredients
  • Mandoline slicer
  • A cookie sheet
  • 4 medium potatoes (I like sweet and golden potatoes)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Dill
  • Garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Slice potatoes into bowl
  3. Drizzle oil on potatoes
  4. Mix in spices, add chili powder for added zip
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until desired crispiness
  6. Eat up!
