This is a refreshing, filling high-protein shake with minimal fat and carbs. A perfect drink to satisfy your sweet tooth or for a quick and healthy snack.

Optional:
  • Dash of maca powder
  • 3 drops caramel-flavored stevia drops
Instructions
  1. Fill a large shaker bottle with ice
  2. Add the milk and water
  3. Add the protein powder, PB2 powder, maca powder, and if you prefer a few drops of caramel-flavored stevia drops
  4. Cover the shaker bottle and shake
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon
  6. Enjoy!
